BACK IN HISTORY!

Dear Sport Friends,

Lately there has changed a lot around Team Aerts.
The rudder has turned 180 degrees and since the 1st of January 2009,

I am training with my old trainer 'Thom Harinck' again.

My purpose is to make every effort in the coming years and to get the possession of the 4th K-1 title.
Thom Harinck is the obvious person to motivate me and knows exactly how to coach me.
As we speak I am training in his gym 'Pancration'which he runs together with Chris Dolman.

The training is completely tailored to me and I have to go very deep to keep

the young talents away from me, such as Braddock Silva and Hesdy Gerges.

Each course is the waiver, and I think it is super!

It feels like old times again when i began at Chakuriki as a young fighter.

The coming year is very important! Last year was the theme 'Change' in the K-1 center.
I am committed to reverse this 'Change'. The young fighters are not done with me.
